It truly prepared me for birth and the teaching really helped me relax once my labor began. Since giving birth, I have continued to use Well Nested services.
This is the most caring, passionate, knowledgeable, and just plain wonderful group of ladies I have ever had the pleasure to meet! They love mamas and babies and what they do- and they are great at it!
