Dana is the best. She was my doula for my last 2 births and I can’t imagine doing it without her. She is kind, caring, compassionate, brave, and very knowledgeable. She helped me learn spinning babies and when the time came she was there to help encourage me to keep going and achieve my 2VBA2C!
Lydia has been my doula for both of my births, and she is amazing! Both of my births involved uncommonly fast labors, and she was my advocate with the doctors and nurses and helped me get whatever I needed. Cannot recommend getting a doula for your birth enough (especially if you are planning to go natural)!
