I cannot recommend Ashley with The Supported Mama enough! My husband and I hired her as our Baby Basics Educator in my third trimester. Being first time parents we were eager and excited to learn more about what to expect after birth.
Ashley is the best! I hired Ashley for two months after having my second son Xander. I hired her because I had serious issues after my first -- I felt incredibly isolated and alone and although my husband is a wonderful human being he was not up to the task of effectively supporting me through it.
I’m so glad I took a prenatal class with my husband! A random search online took me to take the class but find so much more once I met Hannah. I’ve had therapy my entire adult life and I knew I would most likely need help postpartum. Hannah has been hands down the best therapist I’ve ever had.
