We initially planned to have a natural birth at the hospital, but it turned into an unexpected induction after my water broke early. We were confident in what we wanted because McKenna walked us through all of the different scenarios prior to being in the hospital and during our wait.
McKenna isn’t a want, she’s a NEED if your goal is a natural birth. Her knowledge, experience, and calm presence created the safe, supportive environment I needed to give birth. I truly would not have achieved an unmedicated, natural birth without her. I can’t recommend her highly enough as a doula.
