We had an exceptional experience with our doula throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. She was incredibly warm, welcoming, and supportive, and immediately made both my husband and me feel comfortable during one of the biggest transitions of our lives.
I absolutely loved Megan’s prenatal yoga classes! I knew that I wanted to keep my body moving during pregnancy while also preparing for birth. Megan provides a safe and calm environment, offering a spectrum of poses for all stages of pregnancy. I learned so much through the exercises and visualizations she provided.
I love doing prenatal yoga with Megan! She is amazing and her class is so helpful. Not only do we get to do yoga but we also learn techniques to help us prepare for birth. As a first time mom I have learned so much from her class.
I would recommend that every pregnant mama take this class! I felt so good physically, mentally, and emotionally after each one. I learned how to breath, stretch and move on my own at home from the sessions and feel more confident in my approaching due date. Megan is so kind and gives a lot of education and resources.
