Gentle guidance, promoting the understanding of options and true support are just a few things Elisabeth is highly skilled in. Noticing the many questions I had, my OB suggested having a Doula at our birth. Not really knowing what a Doula was, we were initially very skeptical.
I cannot say enough good and positive things about Elisabeth as a doula but also as such an incredible, beautiful person both inside and out. Elisabeth and I met when I was 31 weeks and she happily took me on as a client and I am so so thankful she did.
