What families say
Lauren was truly a game-changer in my VBAC journey. Before she arrived at the hospital, I was overwhelmed and strongly considering getting an epidural. But as soon as Lauren walked in, everything changed.
Lauren made my birth and postpartum experience wonderful. She was there to support me with advice, expert knowledge, and especially pain relieving massages during contractions at the hospital. I was very nervous about the whole labor process and communicating my birth preferences to the nurses.
We are beyond grateful to have had Lauren as our doula. Her support far exceeded our expectations, and I truly believe my birthing experience wouldn’t have been as wonderful without her presence.
Lauren was the perfect doula for our family. She has very positive relaxing vibes and felt like a well known friend the second we met. She made my husband and I feel very at ease and had no problem pivoting from natural birth to induction due to some health issues that popped up last minute.
