Kari was an amazing doula. Unfortunately my home birth took some unexpected turns and I had to go to the hospital. Prior to that, she arrived at my home with my mantras printed out, candle lights for the bathroom, essential oils and more.
Kari was so amazing at making the birth and postpartum process so positive. She helped my husband and I feel so comfortable and confident in our decisions during labor and delivery. Although my labor went much faster than we expected, Kari was so quick to get to the hospital.
Kari was such an important part of making my birth experience less stressful and all around more supported. We had the very unique experience of having a baby during the snow/ice storm all during the pandemic as well. I appreciated her clear communication skills and prompt responses.
