Oh where do I even start? I loved working with Shivaani as my doula. She has a peaceful calm presence and deep inner connection. I felt heard and supported. She made sure my husband had breaks and was able to nourish himself through the hours of labor. So he was able to be fully present when our daughter arrived.
Shivaani offers perfect presence through every stage of birth and postpartum and I can’t recommend her enough. I’m high strung by nature and knew I needed someone more grounded - knowing I’m a researcher, she helped ease any prenatal worries by providing info and education without overwhelming.
I chose Shivaani as my doula for my experience as a second time mom who had plans to give birth in a hospital, and Shivaani was a huge source of support and comfort. My baby did have some initial (and fortunately temporary) complications at birth and it was really nice to have Shivaani there.
