There was ceremony, ritual, fear releasing, guidance, deep wisdom, nourishment, movement, meditation, healing and love.
Throughout the ever-changing tides of my Motherhood and Postpartum journey, Mia has served as a wise and compassionate guide: holding a trusting and supportive space for me to orient my inquiry work in a soulful, authentic way.
I could not recommend Mia more. As a first time mom I had no idea what to expect in labor and despite all the preparation my husband and I did, our labor was nothing like what we anticipated. Having Mia there to support us every month leading up to our delivery as well as being there with us was beyond helpful.
Mia was the perfect doula for our family. She had plenty of knowledge around the physiology of birth, led me through prenatal yoga, and my favorite part - led two ceremonies, a fear release before birth and closing of the bones postpartum.
