When I first considered hiring a birth and postpartum doula, I wasn't quite sure what to expect. I envisioned someone to help ease the pain of birth & to help us in the early weeks after birth to transition to a family of four. What I didn't expect was to gain someone so dear to us she now feels like family.
Rebekah helped my husband and I welcome our first child and I could not have been more happy with the experience. I was able to have my ideal low-intervention birth thanks in no small part to her support, knowledge and encouragement.
Rebekah was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process of pregnancy, labor, delivery, and post partum. Not only did she bring great resources and support during our prenatal visits and through periodical check ins, but she did the same during post partum.
Rebekah was wonderful and so thorough. We had a very early emergency cesarean which resulted in a swift change of plans. Rebekah was right with us the whole way, always checking in throughout the process, providing us with information and strategies to manage the stress, and took pictures for us!
