Susanna was my doula for my second baby. She was thoughtful, educated, caring and kind. I had a long early phase of labor at home and she stayed literally by my bedside through the entire night of labor.
Susanna played a vital role in the birth of all three of our children! From induction, to hospital birth, to a homebirth Susanna was by our side supporting us, encouraging us, and reminding us that birth is beautiful and I am capable no matter what the environment.
Susanna was the teacher for a birthing prep class my husband and I took through Beverly Hospital. We appreciated that she used multiple methods of teaching throughout the class (videos, lecture, whiteboard, "practice", meditation, games, etc.) to help us learn and retain information.
