Jen was the biggest blessing to us as new parents navigating postpartum life with twins. She was made me delicious meals to eat in the hospital to help with my recovery, was there when we came home to help us set up systems to feed and care for the babies, and came for overnights so we could get some precious sleep.
Jen was our postpartum doula and came the week after our first was born. She made us herbal infusions, cooked us lunch, and listened as I went through our birth story. One of my favorite parts was the womb massage she offered.
Jen is an amazing postpartum doula! She has helped our twin girls tremendously and is a wealth of knowledge. First, she brought me delicious banana mini muffins pre birth while I was in the hospital which I believe really helped grow/ fatten them up a bit before their preterm birth.
