What families say
Having Monique as my doula was an absolute game changer. After a very hard first birth and two elective inductions, I wasn’t considering an out-of-hospital birth until my OB retired suddenly when I was 20w pregnant and it became clear her colleagues could not offer proper care to the large number of patients they had.
Monique was an absolute blessing during the birth of our first child. From the moment we met her, we knew we were in capable and compassionate hands. Her calming presence and wealth of knowledge helped ease our anxiety throughout the entire pregnancy and especially during labor.
At the beginning we didn’t really want to have a doula as we thought it wasn’t necessary, but going through a birth center it was mandatory to have one. I am glad we found Monique, she definitely changed our minds about doulas.
I was so lucky to have Monique by my side during my birth. She handle every change in labor so well and efficiently! I felt supported and listened to, I was able to ask questions about my options in birth and truly make the most wonderful experience possible!
