What families say
My husband and I are so grateful that we took the time to take Ypsi-Arbor’s CBE classes. We were enrolled in the 4 consecutive weeks, 4 hour a day session. The teachers took time diving deep into facts, misconceptions, strategies, specific examples, etc revolving around pregnancy, birth and post partum.

This course was absolutely amazing! The activities were super helpful to understand labor and what childbirth would look like. Katy and Ari are amazing instructors and created a welcoming space to ask questions and explore options. On top of all that, it was incredible to meet other expecting parents.
Super informative classes! We always looked forward to the next one. Katy’s expertise and warm kindness were a comforting support while we prepared for our first child and birthing experience. Very grateful. Thank you!
