I got pregnant in July 2021 and hired Kim in about December 2021. I gave birth to my daughter March 22, 2022, with Kim by my side. Hiring Kim was one of the best decisions I made for my prenatal, labor, delivery and post-partum needs.
Best decision to have Kim as my doula. I knew I was interested in having a doula at our birth from early on. I discovered I was pregnant in October 2020, I spoke with Kim to get an idea of the birth plan I was considering. She was able give me information and resources to make the best decision for us.
I don't even know where to begin. Hiring Kim as my doula was probably the best thing I could have done for my pregnancy, labor and delivery. When my husband and I met her, we immediately clicked! She's so down to earth and extremely professional.
When I decided I was going to have a homebirth, I knew I wanted a doula with me. Kim came highly recommended in this Facebook group I am in. When I called Kim, I felt like we were friends from another lifetime. The ease of which she spoke to me, her kindness, her listening, her attentiveness just through the phone.
