What families say
Tonia was my doula and she was incredibly knowledgeable and comforting. I loved my experience with her. She lived a couple hours away from me and we would zoom call to go over my birth plan and she came to visit in person for the hospital tour and to teach my husband and I different contraction relief positions.
Tonia is great! She’s been there for all 3 of my pregnancies. My most recent pregnancy, I was living in another state and she was still there every step of the way. From answering calls at any time of the day and even walking my partner through some things that he could do to help me while I was actively in labor!
Ms. Tonia was great. She was very welcoming and comforting. My well being was her priority and she did a great job at that. Her exercises were very helpful. She even asked the doctor and nurses questions I couldn’t ask them due to being distracted by the pain of the contractions.
Tonia the Doula was the best experience I ever had delivering my son. I was nervous at first but she made me feel relaxed/calm was there every step of the way from the time I told her I was in labor. Ms.
