I recently participated in a women's wellness retreat in Northern Virginia, organized by Yoni Bandha, and I have to say, it was just lovely. Nestled in a beautiful, rustic setting, the retreat provided a much-needed escape from the everyday hustle.
Great experience with Amelie. It helped us feel connected. And helped me feel peaceful and confident about my upcoming birth. Amelie is genuinely gentle, sweet and patient, she takes the time to answer all questions. I cannot recommend her enough, especially if you are wanting an unmedicated birth !
Amie was a joy to work with! We opted for her private at home childbirth classes instead of group classes. She was very informative but also readily answered any questions we had. She even did a postpartum visit which was great! She even brought us a home cooked meal after the baby arrived.
Amélie is a great yoga teacher. Her post natal class is excellent for restoring balance and strength after giving birth, and it’s wonderful that babies are welcome too, which makes it easier for mothers to attend. Amélie is also a very calming presence and adapts her class to students’ needs.
