I first saw this book on TikTok and I had to get it ! When I got it I was not disappointed!!!! I was impressed with how much positions and information it had for labor. As a doula I felt like I can follow the positions shown on the book . I love how it has images and when to use the positions.
Amazing information guide for birth doulas! The amount of information provided is unreal and so helpful! The interactive guide is great, baby is in a certain position gives you a list of positions that help and then you click the listed position and it brings you to the explanatory page for that position.
