We had the absolute pleasure of having Kaylicia with us for 8 weeks after the birth of our baby, and I truly can’t say enough good things about her. From the very first night, she brought a calming presence and an incredible level of professionalism that immediately put us at ease.
Where do I start?! Kaylicia was amazing from beginning to end. She has a warm personality. She really listens to my needs and concerns prior to delivery. She ensured me that she’d advocate my needs during delivery and she most certainly followed through with that.
