What families say
Sophia has been my doula twice. Once back in 2018, and again this year (2022). I can’t say enough good things about Sophia, but I’ll try!! Both times she was filled with attentiveness, kindness, and support beyond measure. She was always just a phone call away with her incredible knowledge and reassurance.
My husband and I had Sophia as our Doula for my first baby. We honestly felt so empowered after the knowledge she brought us. I had no idea how much of an amazing help she would be. Not only helpful and knowledgeable but extremely friendly.
Sophia helped me navigate a nebulous situation as I was 9 days overdue and concerned about labour induction (which I wanted to avoid). She informed me of various options to help me navigate the medical field which gave me a sense of empowerment in my birthing choice.
Sophia is the best. We were first time parents and had a lot of questions. Sophia was patient and very informative. Unfortunately with covid, she wasn't allowed in the hospital that I gave birth at, but she was with me throughout the labour process prior to that.
