Stephanie is incredibly talented and knowledgeable in the work she does. She has a wonderful way of making you feel safe, relaxed, and comfortable while also keeping you informed throughout the process which is especially meaningful for someone who truly wants to better their health.

I am very excited to return to Stephanie‘s massage table! She is very good at listening to your concerns. As she is working on your body, she will explain “why” you feel a certain way. But even more importantly she will equip you with knowledge of how you can reduce or even prevent the reoccurrence of the issue.

Stephanie is the only person I would trust to receive a massage from. Her kindness cannot be surpassed and you will leave her feeling wonderful. I highly recommend Willow and Nest and Stephanie to anyone. She is empathetic and nurturing as well as knowledgeable and intentional about the care she gives.

Ryan, by far, gives the best massages I have ever received. He is kind, empathetic, and intuitive and is able to to pinpoint and take care of problem spots expertly. 10/10 only person I will be getting massages from moving forward.
