If you’re considering getting your placenta encapsulated I would 100% recommend it. There were a couple of days I missed taking my capsules and I could honestly tell a difference in my moods on the days I took it versus the days I forgot in the beginning of my recovery. I would recommend Steffy to any woman I know.
