Services families mention
“We both felt so cared for by Shannon, from the prenatal appointments, to texting with her while we waited (and waited) on baby to come, to the postpartum visit.”
“She assisted the births of my first two children, and I wish I could have flown her across the country to be there for the birth of my third.”
What families say again and again
“When I wasn’t progressing, she still stayed and slept on my couch overnight even though she could have gone home.”
“As my contractions progressed in the middle of the night, she quickly came to be by my side to help manage the pain.”
What families say
Brooke was an amazing support during my long, 48 hour labor. She has such a calm and comforting presence. She suggested positions that helped me through my contractions and showed my husband how to help me as well. She reminded to stay hydrated, eat, and have me spoonfuls of honey for energy.
I can not recommend Shannon enough... She is a strong, intelligent, loving, comforting, and inspiring woman. She fit perfectly into our birthing experience. She made my husband and I feel so comfortable and she was never over bearing she was always there with exactly what we needed.
Shannon was an answer to prayers for us and I would rate VintageDOULA much higher than five stars if I could! She helped me to conquer any fears or reservations I had before our second baby was born. After meeting with her for the first time, I felt I was as ready and as calm as I could be.
We recently hired Shannon Church as our doula, and it was the best decision we could have made! She assisted us in so many ways through providing recommendations and advice through emails during the pregnancy and she was a guiding presence throughout the entirety of my labor and delivery.
