Nahid is an absolute wonder. Her beautiful offerings and generous spirit helped my postpartum dreams come true. Her food is delicious, her bodywork nutritious, and the herbal steam/bath deeply cleansing. She'd often show up with me at a low point and by the time she left I felt bright and vibrant.
It felt so important to make time for myself postpartum and having Nahid come to our home was honestly life changing. I know i wouldn’t have set that time away myself, so it was so helpful for her to work her magic and help me heal properly and faster.
Working with Nahid has been a life saver. It had made the whole postpartum experience harmonious. She is an amazing cook and I loved all of the soups and teas that she made. The soups were extremely nutritious, just what my body needed. I felt so relaxed after the herbal bath soaks and bodywork.
