This was my first pregnancy and i was terrified. Aeryka made me so comfortable and prepared. Aeryka was so sweet, helpful, professional and all around a great doula. She diligently walked me through every step of the process from birth preparation, to delivery and birth, to postpartum, to breastfeeding etc.

I found Aeryka through a basic search for Doulas in Atlanta. I had searched through what seemed like a more than a dozen, and even called and scheduled a few phone consultations. But none of them felt right to me. My husband and I were celebrating our 1st pregnancy at the age of 37 and 41.

When I decided to have my daughter, I was thirty-nine years old and a first time mom. I was also starting my first year as a tenure-track professor, new to Georgia, and considered a “high risk” pregnancy with no close family or friends in the area. I knew I needed support to ensure my well being during this time.

I can't begin to express how grateful I am for the incredible support and care I received from Doula Aeryka throughout my pregnancy and postpartum period. She truly was my guardian angel on this journey. From the very first meeting, Aeryka's warm and compassionate nature put me at ease.
