What families say
I reached out to Shannon at 31/32 weeks pregnant because I had just found out doulas were allowed back in the delivery room. She responded so quickly and we immediately scheduled a time to meet and discuss our plans for my upcoming birth. From the start Shannon was so kind and so thoughtful.
Shannon was an absolutely incredible support during my pregnancy and labor! I really wanted an all natural, un-medicated birth and don't think I could have accomplished that without her calm presence, constant encouragement, and magical hands that helped reduce the intensity of the contractions!
My first baby and during a global pandemic had its challenges. One of my pillars of support during my pregnancy was a Shannon. She helped me develop a birth plan, and execute it. She genuinely took the time to help my significant other and me understand these new, what we thought scary things, about having a baby.
Being a first time mom, I had no idea what to expect when I first saw the positive pregnancy test. At first I just thought I'd just go into the hospital when it was time and have a baby. WRONG! Every first time mom needs a doula like Shannon. She is very knowledgeable. very patient, kind and a genuine person.
