What families say
I have grown to love Joini from the resting Garden. She's now Aunty Joini to our little boy. My husband and I were undecided as to whether or not we should spend money for a doula, after all we have each other so how bad could it be.
I contacted Joíní to be my doula for my second pregnancy. I had contacted a few doulas prior to speaking with her, but after speaking with Joíní I knew she was the one I wanted to work with. Joíní really listened to me and adapted her techniques as needed.
I leveraged Joini to assist my wife and I with taking care of the baby during the first few weeks of life. I initially had planned to take care of the baby myself but lack of sleep soon caught up with me.
I decided to get a doula late in my pregnancy, when I was about 32 weeks. Even though I was starting the process late Joini was very patient and helpful. My experience with her was absolutely amazing. I felt very prepared for labor in such a short time.
