I couldn’t be more happy with my experience using the orchid nest. Katelyn was my doula for my twin pregnancy. As a first time mom, I had many fears surrounding birth and the whole pregnancy process (especially with carrying twins)!

I wish I found this place for my first two pregnancies! First, the prenatal yoga with Alexis is amazing. It was exactly what I was looking for to help with those pregnancy pains and to relax at the end of the day. Second, I saw Dr. Ian for adjustments, which helped me so much with my lower back and hip pain.
