What families say
I decided to sign up for the Bradley class because I loved the idea of not only trying for a natural, medication-free childbirth, but to have my husband involved in every step of the way. Our class with Ispa each week toward the end of my pregnancy was amazing!
We cannot stress how important taking this class was for my husband and me! We were hoping for a natural home birth and taking this course helped us feel prepared for whatever came our way. We learned about how to advocate for ourselves if we needed to be transferred to a hospital which actually did happen.
Ispa was a great instructor for us as first time parents! The class was extremely helpful in giving us a well rounded survey of all that we can expect in the prenatal, labor and postpartum period.
I was very scared of natural childbirth, and this class has helped to ease so much of my anxiety. Ispa made the class super fun and interactive. She is extremely knowledgeable and experienced as a mom and doula.
