Moving from Boston at 6 months pregnant and not knowing anybody in the area was challenging. Finding Ifat and joining the prenatal yoga classes has been the most helpful thing I did for myself and my family. The classes are empowering, gentle and focus on our strengths as moms to be.

Loved the prenatal yoga class as a way to stay active without overdoing it during my pregnancy. Especially loved the partner yoga class which was a great way to include my partner, as well as teach him some ways to help comfort me during labor.
Ifat at the Yoga Nest is amazing! Not only is she great at what she does yoga but she's a positive and great person to talk to! Her prenatal yoga is more of a group where you can share your thoughts with our pregos and never feel judged. My pregnancy and labor wouldn't have been the same without her!
