What families say
It’s clear that working in the world of birth is what Mikala is meant to do, and bringing her onto my birth team was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. She brought so much peace to me and my husband through our birth journey.
There are not enough words to describe how grateful I am for Mikala. Having my first baby at 36 and wanting to do a natural and unmedicated birth is sometimes seen as questionable nowadays that I knew I needed the right doula to help me get through this.
I cannot recommend Mikala enough! As a first-time mom, I was hoping for a natural childbirth experience but felt unsure of what to expect. I wanted a doula who would be proactive, guiding me with helpful labor positions and non-medicated pain management.
Mikala was my doula when I had my first baby earlier this year. She was absolutely amazing and so supportive throughout my entire journey. I met her at a baby expo and she was the only Doula I met that day that I truly felt connected to her right away.
