My experience with the Geechie Doula was a great one! This is my 2nd child so I went into my birthing plan meeting thinking I was going to know everything! I was WRONG! My 1st was a girl and I’m now having a boy so there is lots to be aware of! Monica taught me things that I did not know nor was I thinking of.
I highly recommend doula services! The knowledge I received allowed me and Dad to go into labor and deliver empowered and knowledgeable. I really feel like it made a world of difference especially during Covid; when you’re only allowed one birth partner.
