I hired Rocky to be my doula for the birth of my second child. Having a doula for my first birth was one of the key things I attribute to having a successful home birth. When I started planning my second home birth, I knew having a doula was at the top of the list of things I needed in my tool kit.
It’s simple to say that if we didn’t have Rocky by our side, we wouldn’t have enjoyed the birth of our son. My husband and i do not have family close by and especially during the pandemic, it wouldn’t have been possible for them to be at the women’s center with us anyway.
