When it came to emotional, physical and even spiritual support (because of the open conversations we would have) Ashuana executed her duties as a doula effortlessly. She's always asked good, insightful questions and she's always listened during each of our prenatal appointments.
I cannot recommend SunshineFlo and Ashauna highly enough! She was my doula for the birth of my son in July 2023, and her professionalism, nurturing spirit, and deep knowledge made all the difference in my birthing experience.
