What families say
Update: Had Leslie doula at my birth and I honestly feel that I could not have done it all natural and pain med free without her. Selah’s has truly been a blessing to my family. During the last weeks of my first pregnancy I completed a birth education class at Selah’s. It was fun, interactive, and educational.
This place is great. I wanted to take a birthing class because I never did it with my 2 older children. I already knew lot about birth but this class still had a lot to offer. It really helped me with positions and breathing through a natural birth.
I did the birthing education class for my first pregnancy. I'm grateful to be part of this program, Ms. Leslie gave me the tools to know what to expect during labor and delivery, and the home is cozy and welcoming.
A Sacred Haven for New Mothers – Selah’s Red Tent is a Lifeline In today’s fast-paced world, the sacred window after birth often gets overlooked. Where mothers once stayed in the hospital for 10–14 days in the early 1900s, modern healthcare now sends women home within just 24–48 hours.
