We knew Dasha was the right doula for us since our initial interview. Her deep knowledge, passion for childbirth, and genuine support for all types of birth plans immediately stood out during that conversation. We wanted a less medicalized, vaginal birth, and she went above and beyond to support us towards this goal.
My husband and I hired Dasha late in my pregnancy. I’m an older mom and have had only c-sections in the past and really wanted an unmedicated vaginal delivery. I knew we’d need the extra support. I wanted to hire a doula but wasn’t comfortable hiring just anyone.
From the beginning of pregnancy I was decided on a natural birth center birth and had an idea what that looked like for us. What I didn’t see was having a doula there to support me. I hadn’t made the decision to hire a doula until last minute, at about 35 weeks.
Our experience with Doula Dasha was amazing. From the very beginning- she was so responsive, warm hearted, understanding and put us at ease. She listened to our wants and needs for our birthing experience and knew exactly what to do and say to help us throughout every step of the way.
