Where to find Seaside Massage Doula

Just had my first visit with Alexis. I’ve had a good amount of massages, and I’ve only ever had good experiences, but this was by far the most thorough I’ve had yet. You can tell Alexis really cares about what she does and cares about your body and helping to promote healing where you actually need it.
I used Alexis for as a doula and I couldn't recommend her enough. She meets with you beforehand to get a good birth plan, you get a prenatal massage (which was fantastic) and she was a champ during labor: most definitely one of the reasons I made it through with my plan.
Alexis's prenatal massage was a soothing and rejuvenating experience. Her expertise and nurturing approach created a calming atmosphere, tailored to my needs during my pregnancy. With gentle yet effective techniques, she relieved tension and left me feeling refreshed and reenergized.
Had a prenatal massage by the best! She took the time to understand my needs and was able to release a lot of tension held in my shoulders and glutes area. SO needed. Highly recommend this place to any expectant mother looking for a little relief and self-care during pregnancy!
