We hired Sanctuary to help us with overnight doula work for our newborn, and I can confidently say it was the best money we have ever spent. After 48 hours in the hospital without any sleep, it was a godsend to have Emma walk through the door on our first night home and take our baby so I could sleep.
I hired Sanctuary for postpartum and overnight doula services as well as an in-home postpartum massage. The daytime visits were incredibly helpful - from having someone to help me practice swaddling and breastfeeding positions, to ending the day with dishes/pump parts washed and a hot meal.
Could not recommend Sanctuary Doulas more! They were truly a game changer for me after having my first child.
