I participated in Samantha’s Summer Solstice Healing workshop last Friday evening. I have been taking Samantha’s yoga classes at the Peaceful Yoga studio in Malverne for the past few years and each time I leave her class or a workshop she has led I feel the most positive effects.
I took a solstice healing workshop with Sam and it was amazing. We did deep restorative poses/light movement and there was sound healing as well. I’ve taken many classes like this but this one stood out as I unexpectedly left feeling fully recharged and restored- which I haven’t felt in a while.
Sam is the best yoga teacher ever no joke! Her classes are great for both building strength and achieving inner calmness and balance. I highly recommend taking a class with Sam, it was my first time doing yoga and now I do it all the time thanks to Sam’s kindness and patience.
