I did a spinning babies class with Dorothy at 34 weeks. My baby had been kind of “stuck” on the right side of my belly for months, which wasn’t optimal positioning for my goal of an unmedicated vaginal birth. After literally one day of doing the spinning baby exercises, I started feeling baby on my left side!
Dorothy is a wealth of information and she is eager to share. My husband and I took a Spinning Babies class from her and we came away with so many tools to add to our tool belt for both the remainder of the pregnancy and for when it is time for labor.
