Gail was my doula for my VBAC attempt with my second pregnancy after a planned cesarean with the first. She was wonderful about listening to what I wanted in my birth plan and understanding where I was flexible and how to react when things changed.
Gail was my baby boy’s first nanny and my first postpartum doula. As a doula she always found ways to make me feel rested and relaxed. She also gave me good ideas to boost my supply and encourage breastfeeding whenever possible.
