She followed up with me during the pregnancy, responded quickly to my breastfeeding questions and concerns once our baby was born to come visit multiple times.
I found rockaway baby through a Brooklyn network that my delivery hospital referred me to. I delivered right before Labor Day weekend and was surprised that I was able to get in touch with Haya so quickly - she was able to come to my home to help within 48 hours, which I was incredibly thankful for.
I first reached out to Ina for breastfeeding support, but she gave us so much more than just that. She helped us better understand our newborn and his needs, introduced me to new breastfeeding positions, and followed up with excellent resources while answering my questions even after her visit.
Ina has probably seen it all, and that is exactly what I was looking for when I called her up for breastfeeding support. She came within a couple of days and spent a lot of time with me and the baby, trying different positions, helping us practice latching, and talking through the different difficulties I was having…
