During pregnancy, I prepared for birth and postpartum and did all the reading and gathering of supplies, stashed freezer food, etc. I thought I had it all covered, until Rachel showed me what I really needed. Leading up to labor, she would check in and see how I was doing.
We adore Rachel and we felt so lucky to have her guidance during my pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I wasn't planning to have a doula but changed my mind towards the end of my pregnancy, and I am so glad we decided to hire Rachel.
