My firstborn is 16 years old and he was a micro preemie born at just 24 weeks gestation. He was 1.5 lbs and they told me he wouldn’t survive. He’s thriving and doing very well. I wish I had had a Doula during that hard time in the NICU just to get help with the emotional roller coaster I was on.
Hands down getting a doula was the best decision I ever made during my pregnancy. LaTisha made me feel so comfortable and extremely informed. It felt good knowing as a first time mother that no question is a dumb question. Her services during my entire pregnancy but especially labor/birth were amazing!!
