Services families mention
“Natasha met with us before the birth to help us think through our preferences and consider different options and decisions we may have to make once the time came.”
“After birth, Natasha continued to provide help and additional resources for us regarding my postpartum recovery and our new role as parents.”
“(Doctors were rushing me to deliver the placenta even though I was in a lot of pain - Natasha helped reassure me that I could ask to delay for a bit and give my body a rest).”
What families say again and again
“I also found it very helpful that in writing my birth plan together with Natasha she encouraged me to articulate my ideal birth, rather than setting the bar at safe or acceptable.”

“We had taken a few classes which prepared us for what my wife's delivery could be and could not be and we wanted the better.”
“She also made such a huge impact on my husband’s experience - helping him feel confident, involved, and truly part of the process, which meant so much to both of us.”
What families say
Natasha is an amazing birth doula. When I first learned I was pregnant, I was excited, but anxious. I realized I needed more support than just medical staff. From our first meeting, my husband and I knew that Natasha was a kind, caring, and compassionate individual who would work with us to have the best birth…
When I found out I was pregnant with our first baby I realized I needed more support than my medical team could offer at my OB’s office. I felt alone and afraid that I would not have the support I needed through the process of meeting our baby.
Hiring Natasha on short notice was the best decision we made during my wife's pregnancy. We had taken a few classes which prepared us for what my wife's delivery could be and could not be and we wanted the better. With only a few months left, we interviewed multiple doulas and Natasha stood out the most to us.
My husband and I both loved Natasha so much!! Dad's experience: As a dad, I wanted to feel useful and calm during the birth — not just like a bystander. I didn’t know what to expect or how to best support my partner when things got intense.
