I cannot recommend Purely Nourishing | Prenatal Registered Dietitian & Doula enough! From the very beginning, the level of care, knowledge, and genuine compassion provided was truly exceptional.
I met Erika through the Fay app as a nutritionist but she became more of an unofficial doula/food therapist for me and she has been a true Godsend! I don't want to share her but if making this review helps increase her business it's the least I can do to thank her for how helpful she has been to me.
Erika is a great doula, and I’m so amazed with the way she handles everything. She relaxed me with breathing exercises because she could tell the stress I was under having to go through an emergency c-section. She was loving, and kind. She cares, and made me feel cared for.
I lucked up on Erika by chance. I needed a nutritionist due to pregnancy and new diagnoses. When I saw that she was also a doula, I knew I hit the jackpot. She is a kind, knowledgeable and compassionate person. She has provided sound advice throughout my pregnancy and postpartum.
