Rachel is amazing!! I worked with a midwife and she told me the importance of having a Doula. She then recommended Rachel and my husband and I loved her right away. She was there for me through my 3 day labor at home and at the hospital. Helping, and training me on breathing and moving techniques to help with the pain.
