I had a great experience with a hybrid massage/reflexology appointment with Donna. Right off the bat, Donna felt very warm and welcoming. I called and left her a message requesting an appointment and she called me right back to chat about what I had going on, what I was looking for, how she could help me, etc.
I had multiple yoga sessions with Donna which I really enjoyed and decided to do a prenatal massage as well. Donna completed a full assessment and identified the problem areas that needed addressing.
I saw Donna at 40 weeks + 4 days for a prenatal massage. I was past due and very uncomfortable. She not only gave me a prenatal massage, but she also gave tips on how to relax my body and find more comfort after our session. The massage was amazing! I left the appointment feeling so relaxed.
I had the best experience with Donna during the prenatal massage in my 41st week of pregnancy. I felt a great deal of relief in my body especially the shoulders and hip areas. I felt so calm and relaxed. She has the softest and hands and a kind presence. The massage also included goot reflexology.
