What families say again and again

What families say
Even as a new mama for the 3rd time, I was so grateful for the space Christina created to be vulnerable and openly discuss the realities of trying to balance it all. I joined in on a couple mommy meet-ups that were hosted at Good Health Acupuncture and felt so supported during these meetings.
Hiring Christina was the best thing I could have done for myself and my family after I had my youngest son. She was so incredibly helpful, flexible and supportive. It was so comforting to have someone around who was just focused on making sure I was ok first.
Christina was such a blessing to our family! We hired her as our post partum doula after having our second baby and she made all the difference for us this time around!! I cannot express how important having extra help is both for my kids and myself.
I cannot say enough good things about Christina! If you are having a baby, hire her asap! After a very difficult recovery, both mentally and physically after my first child, having Christina with us made a world of difference.
